Food Service Attendant Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital. Full-Time and Part-Time, Day Schedule. Responsibilities Serves regular and therapeutic food. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority. Preferred Qualifications: Hospital food service experience.
