Forklift Operator

We are hiring a Forklift Operator for an onsite assignment in a warehouse in Garland, TX. The role supports material handling operations as well as shipping and receiving operations. In this position, you will operate industrial reach trucks and sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move product loads safely and accurately throughout the facility. This opportunity is for candidates with forklift experience, a valid forklift operator’s license, and a background in manufacturing or light industrial work.

What You Will Do?

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move them safely throughout the warehouse or facility.

• Operate forklift controls to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.

• Use lifting devices such as forklifts and hoists to load, unload, transport, and stack material.

• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.

• Secure materials and products for transport to designated areas within the operation.

• Follow warehouse procedures to support timely and complete delivery of materials.

Your Skills

• 2+ years of previous forklift experience, specifically on electric stand-up reach trucks. Familiarity with Raymond forklifts are required.

• Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Attention to detail to verify product loads and maintain safe handling practices.

• Team player mindset to support warehouse operations and shifting priorities.

• Problem-solving skills to address material handling or workflow issues as they arise.

• Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred for this assignment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
