F&B Manager (Restaurant Manager)

The F&B Manager oversees the daily operations of the casino restaurant, bar, and casino beverage service operations. This role is responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring strong guest service, efficient operations, proper staffing, and cost controls. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and consistently delivers service excellence in alignment with Nemacolin's standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and casino beverage operations Supervises FOH and BOH Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing Work with kitchen leadership to ensure food quality and efficient service Enforces internal control policies and procedures and maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. Support casino promotions, VIP events, and resort initiatives Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies Performs other duties as assigned DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, Restaurant, casino, hotel, or resort experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications for casino operations. Must complete all required company training
