Position Summary Part time general dentist will provide dental services and care to a panel of patients on Wednesdays and Saturdays focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and upkeep of dental health. Key Responsibilities Conduct dental examinations. Administer anesthetics and treat infections and diseases of the teeth, jaws, and gums. Perform tooth extractions and fillings. Instruct dental hygienists and assistants. Perform prophylaxes and educate patients on dental care and hygiene. Supervise dental residents and students. Requirements Requires D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited program and Board Certification in Dentistry with a minimum of one year of practical experience. Full license to practice dentistry in MA. Eligible for loan forgiveness through National Health Service Corp (NHSC) as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Boston residents preferred.
