Description As a Senior Executive Engagement Leader, you'll manage engagements between FDE Senior Leadership and our most strategic customers and partners, owning the mechanisms that turn executive relationships into launched revenue. You'll run strategic programs pairing senior leaders with the customers and partners where their involvement matters most, and ensuring every engagement is high-judgment, well-orchestrated, and tied to measurable business outcomes.

You'll seek to understand each customer's and partner's mission, how they define success, and the outcomes that matter to their leadership, then design executive moments that deepen those relationships and accelerate their journey to AWS. Operating in a fast-paced, high-energy, global environment with a high degree of ambiguity, you'll coordinate senior leader participation, prepare executives for impactful conversations, manage the end-to-end logistics and follow-through, and keep each engagement moving from first touch to tangible result.

You'll also develop, implement, and iterate the processes and mechanisms that improve how we engage at the executive level, raising the bar on operational excellence and delivering a cadence of results and insights back to leadership.
