Pay

• Guaranteed minimum: $2,500/week per driver base pay — even in a slow week. As long as you're available to run 7 days a week, you're paid the $2,500/wk base, no matter the miles.
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile (based on experience and MVR)
• Average weekly earnings: $3,200–$4,500 per driver
• $4,500 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Out 3–4 weeks, 4–5 days off

What we're looking for

• 1+ year OTR CDL-A experience
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Clean Clearinghouse record (no SAP, or a fully completed program)
• Responsible, professional approach to the job
