Assembler

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team, specializing in the assembly of glass-to-metal seals. The ideal candidate will support production operations by performing precise assembly tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards throughout the process. Position Responsibilities Assemble various component parts to produce high-quality Glass-to-Metal Seals, ensuring product integrity throughout the process. Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy prior to beginning assembly. Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently as part of the production cycle. Stay informed and maintain general knowledge of ongoing production issues and updates. Carry out other duties as assigned to support team and operational needs. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. At minimum 6 months previous manufacturing experience. Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential. Ability to read and interpret product drawings accurately is preferred. Must have good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail. Ability to handle small parts and operate magnifying lenses and microscopes effectively. Equipment Used Magnifying lenses, tweezers, microscopes, drop indicators, and verniers.
