Job Description We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Minneola Long Term Care. As an integral member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assess resident health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Provide education and support to residents and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
