Minimum 1 year of experience in coating application/manual spray environment Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1 year of experience handling chemicals What Sets You Apart IPC‑A‑610 certification (if expired more than 1 year – must be able to challenge) Familiarity with IPC and ISO9001 quality standards Ability to obtain respirator certification and pass a vision exam in accordance with job requirements Experience working in high‑volume manufacturing environments, with strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and diagrams, and use common hand and pneumatic tools Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively Additional Information Must be able to work one Saturday a month on a routine schedule Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
