Organizational Development Manager

To enhance organizational effectiveness, the full-time salaried Organizational Development Manager will design and implement development programs, facilitate training sessions, and analyze workforce performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team skills and competencies Analyze workforce metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Proven experience in organizational development or a similar role Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Experience with performance management systems and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
