The Craft Operations Trainer provides overall Training forour utilityconstruction operations. The Craft Operations Trainer is the trainer of construction teams that may include the Craftsman and General Foreman. This position involves a high level of responsibility requiring strong management and supervision skills. Responsibilities Responsibilities Manages employee training and development and coordinates maintenance of trainings including, but not limited to, refresher, job specific (technical) training, supervisor, management, leadership, soft skills and compliance.
