Janitor Position

Now hiring janitor in Rogers, AR. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday. First shift is 7 AM-3:30 PM and second shift is 3:30 PM-12 AM. Keep our building clean and looking good. Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a cold storage warehouse environment

Job Duties:

• Clean and maintain office areas throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and perform general housekeeping duties
• Maintain cleanliness around the building and surrounding areas
• Remove trash and ensure work areas remain organized and presentable
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Assist with additional cleaning and facility support tasks as assigned
