The Clinical Director (BCBA), Social Skills Groups role at CSD is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are committed to helping children build meaningful social, communication, and relationship skills. This leadership position combines clinical expertise, mentorship, and program oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based social skills programming that creates meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Starting Pay: $90,000 to 103,000 annually

About the Opportunity

As a Social Skills Groups BCBA you will:

• Lead and oversee evidence-based Social Skills Group (SSG) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Social Skills Group Primary Facilitators and Co-Facilitators
• Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and clinical programming
• Review client progress data and ensure high-quality, data-driven clinical decision-making
• Deliver parent education and family support to promote skill generalization and long-term success
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations leaders to maintain clinical quality, compliance, and service excellence
• Lead clinical trainings and contribute to ongoing staff development initiatives

About You

This role is ideal for a BCBA who:

• Has experience leading social skills programming for children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Enjoys developing and mentoring clinicians and facilitators
• Values evidence-based, individualized treatment approaches
• Is skilled at balancing clinical quality, family partnership, and operational excellence
• Understands social skills curricula and interventions designed to support peer relationships and social success
• Is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum two years of professional experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
• Experience leading or facilitating Social Skills Groups required
• Knowledge of evidence-based autism interventions.
• Familiarity with social skills curricula such as PEERS®, Social Thinking®, or similar programs preferred
• Knowledge of school-based services, IEPs, and community resources
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build collaborative family partnerships
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
