Store Manager FiiZ Drinks – Brookfield, CT Job Type: Full-Time Location: Brookfield, CT Compensation: $24/hour - $27/hour based on experience About FiiZ Drinks FiiZ Drinks is a rapidly growing specialty beverage brand known for its creative soda combinations, energy drinks, and fun customer experience. Our Brookfield location is the first FiiZ on the East Coast, and we are building a strong team to grow with us. We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in building a strong team culture. Position Overview The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and operations. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily store operations Hire, train, and supervise team members and shift leads Create and manage weekly staff schedules Maintain high standards of customer service and drink quality Monitor inventory, deliveries, and product ordering Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards Manage labor costs and staffing efficiency Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness Resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement Work closely with ownership to improve operations and team performance Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Availability to work weekends and evenings when needed Experience with POS systems and scheduling software preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Leadership role in a growing brand Opportunity for advancement as the company expands Positive, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
