Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Commercial Title Officer will provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to resolve title insurability issues for commercial transactions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Advising customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain necessary documentation for clearing title-related issues Following standard procedures and guidelines while managing individual workload effectively Required qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
