The Workforce Programs Lead will guide programs that build and enable the future workforce. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day information system security operations, assisting the ISSM on all technical security matters. Carry out technical administration of information systems in accordance with Lockheed Martin and customer security requirements, primarily the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Participate in auditing and continuous monitoring of the information system. Review and oversee RMF package authorizations. Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to security events. Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop POA&Ms. Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in line with internal security policies. Ensure configuration management for security‑relevant software, hardware, firmware, and documentation. Maintain all information system lifecycle management documentation. Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system and advise the ISSM of their security relevance. Assist and conduct security education and training. Participate in internal and external security audits and inspections; perform risk assessments. Assist in investigations of computer security violations and incidents. Implement proper protection and corrective measures when an incident or vulnerability is discovered. Enforce Information Security Policies and Procedures together with ISSM and CPSO. Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required at the start). Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline from an accredited college with related professional experience, or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III baseline certification (CCNA‑Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP). Hands‑on technical experience with industry‑standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIGViewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP). Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts. Desired Skills Previous experience supporting classified information systems. Currently working in an environment supporting IC customers. Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an enterprise level. Knowledge of system accreditation requirements and NIST 800‑53 (DAAG/JSIG) RMF implementation. Experience implementing/validating STIG application, system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management. Knowledge of other security disciplines and their interaction with information system security. Demonstrated technical experience in Windows and Linux operating systems and command line use. Experience with classified information system auditing and investigations. Experience with scripting languages. Ability to perform technical assessments for systems presented to the government for authorization. Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, demanding environments.
