Account Manager Location: Walpole, MA Opening: 1 Position Experience: 3+ Years Summary Are you a motivated and skilled individual with the ability to drive leadnurturing in the realms of web and mobile applications? AppsChopper ( is seeking a project or account managercapable of spearheading the nurturing of leads, proficiently craftingproposals, and actively engaging customers using Agile methodology acrossall stages of the project's life cycle. This role demands a comprehensiveunderstanding of project initiation, planning, analysis, and implementationphases. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders totranslate requirements into effective strategies and project plans, ensuringproject objectives are met. This position will lead project resources toanalyze project needs, define requirements, develop user stories, developand execute test plans, develop and maintain project documentation, andreport (written and oral) project progress to stakeholders. Responsibilities Support sales productivity by crafting technical presentations or proposalsfor intricate IT solutions. Define project goals, create plans, and maintain project timeframes,budgeting estimates, and status reports. Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individualresponsibilities Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and withinbudget Using project management tools to track project performance and scheduleadherence Conduct risk assessments and organize meetings to discuss goals, progress,and potential issues. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concernsand needs Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for long-termpartnerships. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates andrenewals Plan and execute sales strategies in response to market dynamics andcompetitor behavior. Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upselland cross-sell to clients Preferred Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in project management or account management roles in a relevant industry. Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to contribute effectively to client discussions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare persuasive proposals and interact professionally with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to work and a focus on delivering exceptional results. Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
