Maintenance Worker

Maintenance TechnicianPerform property maintenance and landscaping. Perform light carpentry. Welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair. Inspect and perform maintenance within the Service Center building. General cleaning to including sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, etc. Troubleshoot and correct problems. Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems. Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation. Regular attendance is required.
