As the business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter to help grow and strengthen our Healthcare practice. This is a senior-level opportunity for an established agency recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, business development, and 360 recruiting within a fast-paced agency environment. What You'll Do For leadership-level hires, help build, mentor, and grow the Healthcare recruiting team over time, including developing and expanding a book of business. Drive new business development activities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hiring leaders. Lead full-desk recruitment efforts across a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, allied health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, and healthcare leadership roles. Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships and increase revenue within current accounts. Conduct intake meetings, market consultations, and workforce planning discussions with healthcare clients. Manage searches from requisition intake through candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement. Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic growth initiatives. Leverage market intelligence and healthcare industry trends to advise clients and candidates. What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of Business Development experience , including client acquisition and account growth 3+ years of Healthcare industry experience 5+ years of full-cycle (360) agency recruiting experience 5+ years of Healthcare Recruitment experience Proven success managing both client relationships and recruitment delivery from job intake through successful placement Strong track record recruiting for healthcare positions across multiple specialties and levels in a performance-driven, commission-based environment Preferred Demonstrated success generating new business and opening new client accounts Existing relationships within healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, healthcare staffing organizations, or related healthcare markets Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions Experience building or mentoring recruiting teams Experience with retained search, executive search, or leadership-level healthcare recruiting Why Join?
