Licensed Practical Nurse Nursing

Schedule: Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents while following the five rights of medication administration.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Notify the charge nurse of any change in a resident's condition.
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
• Update physicians and family members regarding changes in resident conditions as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
