Bathhouse is looking for an attentive, organized, hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Attendant to join the Bathhouse Team. Our Bathhouse Attendants keep our pool, sauna, and locker room areas clean and maintained throughout the day and evening. This role consists of attending to a core set of responsibilities in an efficient manner and may be adjusted as Bathhouse needs change. This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing a high level of quality service to Bathhouse guests, by maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests to relax and appreciate the Bathhouse.

Core Responsibilities:

• Communicating with our guest in-person
• Focus on women/men's locker rooms, public spaces, and reception areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness.
• Organize, fold, and restock towels, robes and slippers and address/correct issues throughout. This includes but is not limited to collecting and depositing laundry for washing, collecting and depositing slippers for washing, collecting, and depositing cups, and cleaning vacant lockers.
• Becoming an expert of all things the Bathhouse has to offer and communicate those offerings to guests.
• Tour the Bathhouse consistently with a high-level focus on locker room, public spaces, and reception area.
• Check and restock personal care products (soaps, lotions, napkins, toilet paper and miscellaneous supplies) in locker rooms and supply closets on a routine in relation to occupancy.
• Organize and maintain dispensary, supply ("mop") closets, and laundry room. Inventory materials (such as cleaning supplies, laundry soap, and amenities).
• Remove full bags from all points throughout the building and replace them with new bags.
• Participate at our towel kiosk to ensure guests can trade out used towels for a fresh one.
• Monitor, supply, and clean mud for mud experience to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Completes any additional tasks as assigned.
• This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing a high level of quality service to Bathhouse guests, by maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests to relax and appreciate the Baths.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• High School diploma or relevant qualification required.
• 6 – 12 months Attendant experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be reliable and professional. Attendance policy is strictly observed.
• Solid verbal communication skills.
• Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details in a rigorous, fast-paced work environment.
• Sense of urgency and ownership.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavors.
• Express a strong desire to work in a team.
• Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
• Are Trainable and Energetic

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, sit and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of time.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch.
• Lift approximately fifty (50) pounds of equipment or supplies using safe lifting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing.
• Direct evacuations in an emergency.
• Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line tone phone, filing cabinets, photocopiers, and other office equipment as needed.
