Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois. Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care.
