This role also oversees the admin. team and leads the day-to-day operations.Primary Responsibilities and Objectives:Oversee the floating and admin. teams' daily operations and manage their schedulesEnsure and track training classes and coursesCreate a floating tool kit that will live on-siteConduct monthly touch base meetingsHost quarterly team events and communicate event information to attendeesTrack event RSVP'sPrepare reports for quarterly financial reviewsReview the process with the regional manager for client requests for quarterly check-insReview MOR/track weekly schedule for the following monthDiscuss delays and ways to eliminate them in the futureEnsure deliverables are received on timeAct as a mentor for the floating and admin. teamsManage and review the RMS guide compliance workbook quarterlyProvide monthly updates to vice presidentsEnsure AR reports are completed by the 15th of each month in EgnyteResponsible for updating clients quarterly, including a legislative updateUpdate clients on any upcoming programsHost training as needed, including property manager eviction trainingTrack RRIO compliance and registrationPerforms other tasks as assignedEducation and Experience:High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.Three to five years of customer service experience is requiredOne to three years of property management experience is preferredSkills and Requirements:Ability to adhere to the company's best practices and Federal Fair Housing requirements during all phases of the prospect and resident lifecycle, from initial prospect inquiry to resident move-out (i.e. touring, application processing, managing security deposits, rental rates, lease administration, resident complaints, legal processes, renewals, etc.)Familiarity with multi-family housing management and related terminology, budgeting, and commitment to excellence and customer serviceStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management effectively and sensitivelyIntermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSensitivity to confidential matters is requiredThorough understanding of local, state, and Federal Fair Housing lawsAbility to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgencyCapability to read, write comprehend, and converse in EnglishExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to othersRequired to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assignedScheduling:Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends, and non-traditional holidaysEnvironment:Exposure to environment typically found in an office buildingPhysical Requirements:Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
