Field Service Technician

We’re Hiring for a Field Service Technician The Field Service Technician will initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and anticipating and correcting safety issues on both company and customer‑owned equipment. This role requires direct customer interaction and may involve work at multiple systems, locations, or customers. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites Perform proactive system troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment Conduct preventative maintenance and manage parts inventory Identify, anticipate, and correct safety issues on both company‑ and customer‑owned equipment Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization Take care of company property Demonstrate a high‑impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment Function effectively in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision Provide coaching or training to entry‑level technicians when required

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent CDL class B preferred or the ability to obtain a CDL Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen Capability to obtain and maintain privileges to drive a company vehicle 1–2 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office Skill Requirements Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems, depending on the business unit Customer service experience Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability Ability to derive insight from customer interactions to solve moderately complex problems in novel ways What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance available on the first day of employment Generous retirement savings plan Generous PTO package and paid holidays Career progression and development plans Company wellness, rewards and recognition programs, and employee discounts Compensation Estimated salary range: $26 to $29 per hour.
