Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will work primarily in a dry goods and general merchandise environment. This role involves key operational tasks including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining quality control standards. The associate will collaborate with a large team of 15 or more members to ensure efficient warehouse operations without the need for specialized equipment beyond forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Maintain quality control throughout warehouse operations
- Load and unload materials safely
- Collaborate effectively within a large team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings
- Strong communication skills
