Hospital Social Worker: Crisis Support & Care Coordination

Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Social Worker to enhance problem solving and coping for patients and families throughout the hospital setting. The role provides emotional support, psychosocial assessment, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, group therapy and referrals to community resources. The Social Worker completes psychosocial assessments within two working days, collaborates with treatment staff, and coordinates post-hospitalization care with community resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunrise Hospital
