Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care following hospital policies and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting, current Illinois RN licensure, and CPR certification. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred; if holding an Associate Degree, must obtain a Bachelor's within five years of employment. Skills Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Duties Deliver quality patient care, document observations, recognize patient status changes, and support team functions. The role may involve rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
