Job Title:  Maintenance Technician
Location:  Pataskala, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am (4 Day Work Week) OT Friday 2:15pm-10:45pm
Pay:  Starts at $30-$33/hr (*10% Shift Differential= $33-$36.30/hr)



 

Job Summary:
Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  include the following:

· Industrial production equipment
· Electrical troubleshooting
· Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
· Compressors, chillers, and boilers
· Preventative maintenance programs
· PLC troubleshooting
· Equipment repairs and process improvements

· Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
· Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
· Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
· Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics
· Welding experience is a plus
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
