About the Role:

Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members regarding patient status

Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all homecare policies and procedures

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia

Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in and around Hartwell, GA

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
