As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service to travelers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and process various payment types (cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards).
• Accurately handle cash, make change, and reconcile daily till.
• Scan and bag merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and quantities.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, directions, and general information about the plaza and local area.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking shelves and fronting merchandise.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
