• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Use specialized equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Stay updated on the latest Mitsubishi service procedures and technical bulletins.
• Work closely with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician, with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and automotive technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Certification is preferred (or equivalent certifications).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
