New Family Medicine Locums opening in South Carolina

Job Description

Specialty:
- Family Medicine
- Can take ABIM or ABFM
Coverage Needs :
- Need 6/22- Ongoing
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Needing 4 days per week of coverage
Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Will see ages 12+ (mostly older population)
- EMR: ECW
Census:
- average 20 pts per day
Support Staff:
- CMA and full office staff
- Sole provider
Procedures:
- All bread and Butterprimarycare
- Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions
Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
Travel:
- Facility will cover
Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding
Requirements:
- Active SCstate license
- Active DEA in SCor willing to transfer
- BLS
