Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred Experience not required, but 2+ years of nursing experience is advantageous Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills Ability to work safely and effectively in a high-acuity environment Certification as an RN is required Key Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care for moderate to high acuity patients, including chemotherapy, transfusions, and supportive therapies Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities Support patient safety initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Marketing
