Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE. eNGINE is seeking a User Support Specialist to join a three-person IT support team for a local client. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate or recent graduate looking to build hands-on technical experience. Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for laptops, Microsoft 365, and other hardware and software. Troubleshoot issues involving printers and audiovisual equipment. Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices. Respond to support requests and communicate clearly with users. Collaborate with the broader User Support team to resolve technical issues. Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with troubleshooting laptops, printers, or AV equipment. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow within an IT support environment.
