Job Description

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour

Schedule: 4-day work week (4x10s) | All shifts available

As a Cleanroom Technician, you'll assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and production equipment while following easy-to-read, computer-based instructions. Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
• Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and handle smaller electronic components.
• Follow detailed, computer-based instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Navigate multiple computer programs to access work instructions and production documentation.
• Perform quality checks on completed products before they move to the next stage of production.
• Complete basic soldering tasks as needed throughout the assembly process.
• Assist with picking parts, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with leads, trainers, and supervisors to learn new skills and meet production goals.
• Support a team-focused manufacturing environment through reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Ability to use hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort following digital work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes.
• Ability to work with small parts and production equipment.
• Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong quality mindset and ability to inspect completed work.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Dependable work history and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience may qualify for higher starting pay.
• Experience with packaging, picking, or other production-related tasks is a plus.
• Customer service experience can translate well due to the attention to detail and communication involved in the role.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, tools, and processes through on-the-job training.

Work Environment

The facility is maintained at approximately 70 degrees year-round and features controlled humidity to support both employee comfort and product quality. The production floor is bright, clean, and modern, with LED lighting and skylights throughout the facility. Employees work with hand tools, production equipment, and computer-guided instruction systems in a structured and safety-focused environment. Team leads and supervisors are known for being approachable and supportive, providing as much training as needed to help employees succeed and grow within the organization.

This is a Permanent position based out of New London, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in New London,WI.
