Schedule

Shift times are flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, ending between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Weekend shifts are self-selected, and 1 weekend shift per month is required in addition to full-time hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including PT, OT, and ST.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to care coordination.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: Experience with vestibular therapy, though not mandatory.
• Acute care experience is essential, particularly with cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients.
