Senior Compliance Manager - Affordable Housing Programs

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, Inc.

New Orleans, LA

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, Inc. is looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to various federal, state, and local regulations within affordable housing communities. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of LIHTC experience and an active HCCP and/or SCHM certification in LIHTC Compliance. Responsibilities include managing compliance specialists, training staff, and overseeing compliance requirements. This position is based in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, or Jackson, offering the opportunity to contribute to GCHP’s mission via effective management and compliance oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, Inc.
