Clinician (KRCC - Restore Hope - Leslie or Letcher or Knott or Perry Counties - Partially remote)

POSITION : Clinician

WORKSITE : Kentucky River Community Care; Leslie or Letcher or Knott or Perry Counties; Hybrid - partially remote.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Regular Full-Time

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED : Master's Degree in approved Human Services field with LPCA, CSW, LPCC, LCSW

SPECIAL SKILLS : Background with the court system, jails, experience working with transitional age youth, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.

JOB DUTIES :

• Clinician will conduct screenings, provide evidence-based care and complete evidence-based training.
• Clinician will provide individualized assessments, treatment planning, and provide individualized and group therapy where needed.
• Clinician will attend Restore Hope staff meetings and submit a weekly report and other assigned duties.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Work with at risk youth/young adults to reduce risk for incarceration.
• Attend federal grant meetings and stakeholder meetings.
• Design EBT programs targeting at risk youth.
• Align services with federal grant requirements.
