Description Ballwin Dental Care is expanding our team! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly dental assistants to assist our doctors and hygienists. Preferred candidates should love working with people in a fun and fast‑paced environment, and have experience as a dental assistant. Responsibilities & Goals Candidates will possess the skills to work alongside doctors for all dental procedures and to provide oral health education to patients. Also, the ability to communicate with our patients in a professional and friendly manner – making them feel like family – is a must. Additional Requirements Taking panoramic and digital x‑rays, as well as intraoral photographs Willingness to learn new techniques and skills Sterilization and maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms Assisting hygienist in the cleaning and sterilization of treatment rooms Perks & Benefits We know your time is valuable, so our office offers the opportunity to increase your income through monthly bonuses and start a 401(k) through our office.
