Overview The employee will primarily assist NYU Wagner's Fiscal Operations & Human Resources team with front desk coverage, including greeting and directing visitors, answering the phone, accepting incoming deliveries, and office opening and/or closing procedures. She/he may also be asked to assist with simple clerical tasks like mail sorting, filing, and supplies restocking. Qualifications Some office experience desired but not required. Flexible hours, including early mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (8-11am) and evenings on Wednesday and Thursdays (5-10pm) are a plus. The job is through the end of the Fall term, with the potential to be extended through the J-term and may lead to Spring-term hiring. Compensation $13.50/hour.
