Service Helper

The Service Helper will support the Service Technician with both administrative duties and on-site project assistance. This dual-role position involves office work, client communication, and hands-on support at job sites. As the Service Helper, you will learn basic roofing repair techniques while ensuring efficient project operations and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Independently perform complex roofing repairs and maintenance across various roofing systems.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, safety equipment, and material staging areas
• Help with cleanup and proper disposal of materials after job completion
• Learn and assist with basic roofing repair techniques and material applications
• Assist with basic measurements and material calculations
• Always follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with clients and job site personnel about project needs and status updates
• Serve as a liaison between Service Manager and field teams
• Assist the Service Manager with clerical work and office tasks
• Complete documentation of work performed and materials used using company software
