Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in CLARKSVILLE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach in a role that values agility, reliability, and innovation.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or policy violations.
- Support Allied Universal and site personnel during alarms, evacuations, medical events, and/or operational disruptions by following post orders and communicating updates in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
