To enhance operational quality and efficiency, the full-time Quality Assurance Process Analyst will analyze business requirements, perform software testing, and identify process improvements while working remotely in a contract role. Key responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements and workflows Perform software testing and quality assurance activities Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement Demonstrated experience in software testing, requirements analysis, or business process analysis Experience working in cross-functional team environments with multiple stakeholders Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
