Responsibilities Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis. Manage a high‑volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi‑system autoimmune cases. Oversee and manage in‑office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies. Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound‑guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Provide patient education regarding long‑term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications. Requirements Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration. Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI‑assisted documentation tools. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists. Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable – MGMA guidelines). Contract bonuses off of RVU’s and quality metrics.
