Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define roles and create recruitment strategies for trades, director-level, and administrative roles . Develop Dynamic Recruitment Strategies to attract top talent, ensuring they are innovative and tailored to our company’s needs. Build a Pipeline of Top Talent for positions across the organization, including construction trades , director-level leadership roles , and administrative positions . Coordinate Interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Track Recruitment Metrics to ensure continuous improvement and successful hiring outcomes. Ensure Positive Candidate Experience and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Union & Trades Recruitment Expertise : Leverage your experience working with unionized labor and trade-specific roles to recruit qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with industry standards. LinkedIn Recruiting Expertise : LinkedIn recruiting is a must . Use LinkedIn as a primary tool to source, engage, and recruit top talent for key roles. Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, posting job openings, and reaching out to passive candidates is essential. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on trades, director-level , and administrative roles . Experience recruiting for trades roles and knowledge of trade certifications, safety standards (e.g., OSHA), and union contracts is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of recruiting experience with a background in construction, trades, and administrative roles . Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn : Ability to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to engage top candidates. Strong experience in dynamic sourcing to build candidate pipelines through both traditional and innovative strategies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills . Onboarding experience is a plus.
