Maintenance Repairer

Maintenance PersonMaintenance person performs skilled, multi-craft work to maintain and repair the physical structure and equipment of school buildings and/or grounds. Must be able to travel to multiple sites, assess conditions, determine and procure necessary materials/tools and complete work orders. Proficient with computers. Work well with co-workers and all district staff. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements: (5) years multi-trade experience in facilities maintenance or construction preferred. Must be able to work independently, troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems and equipment. Experience in electrical, carpentry, HVAC, welding and plumbing. Valid NJ driver's license required.Starting Salary Range: $49,500.-$63,500. Council 18/BMW Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision.
