Digital Solutions Lead, Patient Services (Immunology) – a hybrid role located in UCB offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Raleigh, North Carolina, or Boston, Massachusetts. Requires approximately 40% on-site presence and 20% domestic and international travel. Responsibilities Define and execute a multi-year digital enablement roadmap for patient services Lead implementation and optimization of digital platforms supporting patient and provider journeys Improve patient onboarding, engagement, adherence, and persistence through digital solutions Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for decision‑making Standardize end‑to‑end patient and provider service journeys across markets Ensure regulatory, privacy, and data governance compliance across all digital initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred Ten or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or digital health environments Five or more years of experience in patient support or patient services operations Proven leadership of end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and vendor partnership experience Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights with executive presence Location & Travel Hybrid role with approx. 40% on‑site presence. 20% domestic and international travel.
