Grocery Store Manager

Our client, a retail industry leader, is seeking a Grocery Store Manager to join their team. As a Grocery Store Manager, you will be part of the store operations team supporting daily store functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Grocery Store Manager
Location: Wilson, NC
Pay Range: $50,000 yearly
What's the Job?
- Learn and accurately check in vendor trucks and products arriving at the store.
- Instruct and oversee stockers to ensure proper stocking and rotation of products.
- Assist with cashier duties during busy periods by learning to operate the cash registers.
- Maintain store cleanliness by picking up trash, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
- Report any store repairs or maintenance needs to upper management and manage paperwork related to store operations.

- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to learn new skills related to store operations and paperwork management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to store procedures and safety protocols.
