Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team. This role is responsible for invoicing, payment posting, collections, account reconciliations, and resolving customer billing issues while partnering with internal departments to support accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Apply customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Prepare AR reports and provide collection updates to management
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience or equivalent accounting education preferred (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a team environment

Pay Details: $46,000.00 to $56,000.00 per year
