Job Description
- Create prepaid packages to send to our customers and process return shipments to sellers
- Fold Sell-by-Mail Bags
- Stamp Envelopes
- Pull UPS upload weekly – checking for errors
- Ship merchandise to stores and confirm receipt of transfers using UPS World Ship
- Complete inter-store merchandise transfers
- Receive all incoming Sell-by-Mail bags and organize - record damages, separate VIP bags, etc.
- Submit UPS lost package investigations
- Organize Back Stock weekly according to Inventory standards
- Follow donations schedule and pull donations for weekly pickups
- Monitor and order Sell-by-Mail supplies
· Physically able to pack and lift large boxes and bags up to 40lbs
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to meet strict deadlines and pivot between
· Great communication skills
· Sense of urgency, efficiency and positive attitude
· Punctual + reliable
· Ability to work independently
· Operationally Savvy
· Experience in retail, warehousing our similar environments
